dear Chris I was at FRO so did lookup for you. Margaret & Joseph's marriage
is in 4th quarter 1899 in newcastle upon tyne ref 10b 28, Margaret was
married in 4th quarter 1891 10b 90 but not to a mr BASTER.in 1890'S & each
party is registered separately so you have to check each entry twice once
under groom & once under bride to see if same ref no. Margaret & joseph
agreed. The only BASTER I could find was William Edgar & he married in West
Ham. You can apply for certs from FRO by post phone E-mail or in person If
