A little more circumstantial evidence for proving
Frederick Eveland Pace was the son of Michael Pace and
Anna "Annie" Eveland:

Just discovered that Frederick and Penelope Pace's
daughter who is often listed as "Emma", was an Anna,
or Anne (almost surely named after Frederick's mother
Anna Eveland). She is found listed as "Anne" in the
1850 Census with the family in Racine, WI.

The IGI shows "Anna" Pace, daughter of Fred and
Penelope, married Amariah Trowbridge and had the
following children:

Frederick, Edith, Ethel, William Sheridan, Sherman,
Lafayette, Sadie, and an unknown child.
