Subject: [PACE-L] Michael and Anna (Annie?) Pace of NJ/PA?
Date: Thu, 15 May 2003 22:01:28 -0700 (PDT)

Hello All,

Wondering if anybody can identify the Michael and Anna
Pace listed at this site:

http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/3558/voliv.htm

My first thought was this is surely Michael Pace and
Anna Margaret Welsh...the names match up, and I've
seen that Michael and Anna lived in Luzerne Co,
PA...but all of the info I've seen on-line (other
folks research) for Anna Margaret Welsh suggests that
she passed away before 1835 (around 1812 or 1818).

This then made me wonder if maybe this was Michael
Pace and Anna Eveland who were married in NJ in 1801
or 1802 (which would throw a monkey-wrench in my
previous theories that Michael and Anna/Annie moved to
Ontario). However, I'm still pretty sure this in not
them, as the Michael and Anna/Annie Pace that moved to
Ontario had a son named Frederick Eveland Pace.

At any rate, this still leaves me wondering who the
Michael and Anna Pace listed on this site are. I'm
thinking it is probably still Anna Margaret Welsh, and
either the death date on this site is in error, or the
date others have for her death is in error, but I'm
not sure. Just thought I'd check to see if anybody
knew for sure or had any ideas. Thanks.

Scott
