Okay, since we don't know when John of Middlesex was born, nor who
his parents were, it follows that we don't know for certain that he
was even born in America.

Since the DNA evidence seems to suggest that John might have been
related to the Shropshire Paces, if we look at the ancestry shown at
[http://pacesociety.org/DNA/donors.html#8033]...

...perhaps John was a son of Joseph of Wrockwardine, or perhaps he
was a nephew - the son of a brother of Joseph. Keep in mind that I am
just speculating here.
