Surname: Guerin, Billibeau, Ferguson, Buys, Himebaugh, Feasler, Hickey

Thomas Guerin came to Charleston, SC about 1680 with his brothers: Mathurin,
Francois, Peter and Vincent from St. Narzaire, Saintonge, France. They
were the children of Pierre Guerin and Jeanne Billibeau. The parents did
not come to America and were probably killed there. In adulthood, Thomas
married Mary Ford/Faure and moved to Morris Co. NJ.
He had three children, Thomas, Jr., Joseph, and Susannah.
Thomas Jr. remained in Morris County, mar. Jane (Prob.) Whitehead. Joseph
went to NC (some of this line went to Tenn).
Thomas Jr. had a son, Joseph, who married Martha Ferguson (dau. of Benjamin
Ferguson). They had a son, Jonas, who married Nancy Ann Ehle, and in 1812
they went to Varick Twp. near Romulus, Seneca Co. NY. Jonas and Nancy Guerin
are buried in Mt. Green Cem., Romulus, Seneca Co. NY.
Jonas had a son, Joseph, who married Lanah Buys. In 1834, Joseph Guerin,
Lanah Buys and her parents, Henry Buys and Margaret Gordon, went to Erie
Co. PA. Joseph was a dairy farmer and lived in LaBoeff Twp. Erie Co. PA
near Waterford, PA. Joseph Guerin and Lanah Buys are buried in Mill Village
Cem., Mill Village, Erie, PA.
(Jonas Guerin and Nancy Ehle had children that stayed in NY state, too)
Joseph Guerin had a son, Levi Guerin, that married Mary Jane Himebaugh
(Heimbach). Levi was in the Civil War.
Levi Guerin had a son, Edward Guerin, who married Anna Sophia Feasler (Fuessler).
Edward moved to Ganister, Blair Co. Pa, a little before 1900. Levi, Mary
Jane, Edward and Anna are buried in Presby. Cem, Williamsburg, Blair Co.
Edward's daughter, Effie Belle Guerin and her husband, Norman Charles Hickey,
were my parents. Elsie Wilson
